We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time to reflect new techniques, improved instruction, or updated materials. These updates are intended to enhance the learning experience and do not reduce the overall value of the course. Course modifications do not entitle users to refunds.
From time to time, certain content, lessons, or downloadable materials may be added, removed, or reorganized. Mixed Media Mastery makes no guarantee that any specific lesson, format, or feature will remain unchanged for the lifetime of the course.

5. Payments, Pricing & Billing
All prices listed on mixedmediamastery.com are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments for courses and workshops are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Mixed Media Mastery does not store or have access to your full payment information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
We reserve the right to change pricing, offer promotions, or discontinue products at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with your purchase, as required by law.
6. Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our courses and workshops, refunds are offered only under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, no more than 20% of the course or workshop content may have been completed or accessed.
Refund requests that do not meet both of these conditions will not be approved.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing by contacting Mixed Media Mastery through the contact information provided on this website. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and processed through Stripe. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
There are no subscriptions or recurring billing plans offered at this time. As such, subscription cancellation policies do not apply.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to abuse this policy or violate these Terms and Conditions.
7. Disclaimer of Results
All courses, workshops, and educational materials provided by Mixed Media Mastery are for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive to provide high-quality instruction and helpful guidance, we make no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or levels of success.
